• Identity and contact details you give us on the form: name, preferred pronouns, email, subject, and message.
• Newsletter email, if you subscribe (only after you submit the signup).
• Limited usage data to understand how the site is found and used (Vercel Analytics, and Google Analytics if it is switched on).

How we use it

• To reply to you and book a place on a circle or retreat
• To send dates and notes you asked for
• To keep the site working and understand what helps people join
• To meet legal obligations

We do not sell your data. Circle conversations are confidential and are not recorded for marketing.

Legal basis

For enquiries and bookings we rely on steps needed to respond to your request and, where relevant, our legitimate interest in running a community safely. Marketing emails are sent only with consent. You can unsubscribe at any time.

How long we keep it

Enquiry notes are kept for as long as needed to organise circles and follow up, then deleted or minimised. Analytics data is kept in aggregate.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, corrections, deletion, or to restrict or object to certain processing. Write to info@maxwilsoncoaching.com. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
